Starved Curiosity II

"Starved Curiosity II" is the second painting in a series called "Leugnung" (Denial) that I'm currently working on. The series is about all the strong emotions, desires and urges that the modern human tries to hide because our society doesn't accept them. This one in particular has the idea behind it that curiosity often gets suppressed for the sake of a more stable and linear life, resulting in "starvation" of your own desire for more, which can lead to monotony and boredom. It's one of two with the same meaning and the same name.
