Hidden Desire

"Hidden Desire" is the third painting of my series "Leugnung" (denial). A series about all the emotions and urges the modern human tries to hide to fit into our restricting society. This one in particular speaks about desires that are being kept away from the light of day to not disturb or even loose what we already have. May that be sexual desires, the want for a more exciting job or the secret wish for a new life altogether. Our wants and needs can be numerous but ever so often we just feel unable to express them.
